The work we do is performed by RICS Surveyors and Registered Valuers (VRS).
Dear customer we offer Independent RICS surveys and valuations for your purchase property or residential dwelling. Please note our firm does not allow its surveyors to visit inside your property if you have someone at the dwelling suffering from Covid-19 or is in isolation due to our companies health and safety policy and procedures to protect the surveyors and members of the public and when our surveyors do visit your property they are required to maintain a safe distance from you to prevent any contact when conducting internal and external inspections on Level 3 RICS Building Surveys, Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys and Independent Valuations in accordance to the RICS Red-Book Procedures and Guidelines.
We will be able to answer most of your questions about the property in your report to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase provided we have access into the property and accurate details of the dwelling from the Estate agent or Vendor which should be sent to us via our email: info@dmjgroup.co.uk.
